Annallee
Suikoden II
Inspiration: Suikoden II is my all time favorite video game, and though she’s not a main character, I always really liked Annallee. Suikoden II has some beautiful songs and you hear them through this character.
I was very excited when I heard the news that Suikoden II was going to be available for purchase on the Playstation Store. The original game had a very limited release, so it was difficult for people to experience this wonderful game, but now all you need is a playstation 3, PSP, or PSVita! When I heard the news, I put together this costume in a day and then recorded myself singing one of my favorite Suikoden songs.
Please note: I do not claim to be a good singer, just a very enthusiastic fan! I also do not know any Italian, so I apologize to those who do!
Materials/Construction Details: The skirt is made out of cotton, with hand made bias tape in purple and rust. I altered a top I got from a thrift shop by cutting the neckline into a more square shape, attaching more hand made bias tape, and then adding ruffles to the sleeves and collar. I used another strip of the purple fabric to make her necklace. I used brown vinyl to make the belts she wears around her waist.
I made this costume in a rush and would like to go back and fix it up one day and get some photos.
Wig: I re-purposed my Suki wig for this impromptu cosplay.
