Krieger’s Virtual Girlfriend

Inspiration: While at a sewing party getting ready for Dragon*Con, a friend introduced me to Archer and I couldn’t believe what I was missing! It’s a hilarious show and if you haven’t watched it yet, you really should! This was a last minute costume, but I’m so glad I made it because it was very well received. My husband (as Krieger) and I joined an Archer cosplay group and were surprised by the creators and other amazing people who work on the show, including Krieger’s voice actor! It was an incredible experience!

Materials/Construction Details: I bought a bridal bustier for the top and added ruffles and bows to it. The skirt is a simple circle skirt made out of white satin. I also made the choker and added ruffles to the gloves, but most of the other pieces were purchased. The flower was made out of cotton and interfacing and clipped in place.

Wig: I borrowed this wig from a friend since it was too late to order a wig online. I seriously love this wig though and can’t thank her enough for letting me borrow it. It ended up being pretty perfect.

Prop: My bouquet was made of artificial pink roses and baby’s breath tied up with white ribbon.
